Bahan:
  1. 2 buah kentang
  2. Mentega secukupnya
  3. Oregano secukupnya
  4. Garlic powder secukupnya
  5. Blackpepper secukupnya
  6. Garam secukupnya

Cara membuat:
  1. Kupas kentang dan potong-potong wedges.
  2. Dalam loyang untuk membakar, campurkan mentega, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper,  dan garam.
  3. Setelah tercampur rata, masukkan kentang. Balur kentang hingga merata.
  4. Lalu panggang kentang menggunakan oven dengan suhu 200o selama selama 30 menit.
  5. Lalu sajikan dengan saus.
